SEMIDRY RIESLING

Our semidry Riesling balances the bright acidity of cool-climate fruit with ripe orchard character and a touch of residual sugar. Harvested in early fall, the fruit shows pristine clarity and varietal purity.

Pale yellow in the glass with aromas of honeycrisp apple, ripe pear, and lemon balm. The palate is juicy and fresh, with medium sweetness offset by cleansing acidity. Finishes with a kiss of citrus and wildflower.
