Chateau Grand Traverse wines are vintage dated, premium quality red and white varietal wines produced from grapes grown in our Old Mission Peninsula Vineyards.
CGT Reserve wines are our highest quality, small production red wines. These wines are single varietal and are oaked for upwards of 24 months.

We craft all of our Grand Traverse Select wines to pair well with the foods that wine lovers enjoy on their dinner tables. These wines are produced from premium 100% European Vinifera grapes grown on select vineyard sites under the harvest direction of our winemaker. These wines are specially produced and blended in our temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to express full flavor and style. The wines are produced in a non-vintage style and offer customers incredible quality and value.
We are proud to showcase this special 50th Anniversary Riesling Reserve to commemorate five decades of family winemaking at Chateau Grand Traverse. Enjoy this special bottle along with great food and great friends and give an enthusiastic toast to the enduring legacy established by my father. Riesling embodies our foundation, meticulously grown, harvested and crafted each year at our Old Mission Peninsula winery. It’s been quite a journey with a lot of great memories made along the way. It personifies the essence of CGT winery founder, Ed O'Keefe Jr., in his uncommon life as well as ambition to establish northern Michigan’s first commercial winery. We pay homage to his passing in 2021 with this very special wine creation in his honor. Let’s raise a glass in tribute to a life well-lived.
