Some start with a question. Others start with a barrel that simply refuses to be ignored. Every bottle exists because it stood apart.

This collection is intentionally unpredictable. You may find skin contact whites, uncommon varietals, whole cluster fermentations, unexpected blends, or one vintage interpretation that may never be repeated the same way again. The wines are driven by curiosity, instinct, and the freedom to explore beyond the expected boundaries of cool climate winemaking.
