Our Vin Gris Rosé blends Gamay Noir and Pinot Noir grown in the sandy, glacial soils of Old Mission Peninsula. In the glass, the wine shows a soft salmon hue. The nose bursts with tart cherry, fresh melon, and citrus zest. The palate is sleek, dry, and mouthwatering, with high-toned acidity and a subtle thread of vanilla from brief lees contact. It finishes on a whisper of saline minerality.
