PINOT GRIGIO
In Stock
Grown on the cooler slopes of the Old Mission Peninsula, this Pinot Grigio displays Northern Michigan's signature freshness and precision. Unlike mass-market Italian styles that lean neutral, CGT’s version bursts with orchard fruit and a mineral backbone shaped by glacial deposits and limestone-rich subsoils.
Light straw with silvery edges. Aromatics of apple skin, lemon zest, and white pear lead to a refreshing, linear palate. A bracing acidity lifts the wine, delivering a clean and persistent finish that nods to Alpine expressions of the grape.
