Made entirely from 100% local Montmorency cherries, this bright ruby wine is a tribute to Northern Michigan’s fruit heritage. Unlike mass-market cherry wines, CGT’s version offers purity, balance, and restraint.
Vivid red in color with aromas of cherry tart, almond, and warm spice. On the palate, flavors of ripe red cherry and pomegranate dominate, supported by soft sweetness and clean acidity. The finish is elegant and refreshing, never cloying.
