PINOT BLANC
In Stock
Pinot Blanc thrives in the cool, limestone-rich soils of the Old Mission Peninsula, where it ripens slowly and retains fresh acidity. This vintage was aged on lees and lightly oaked to develop roundness and depth without masking the varietal’s floral precision.
Pale gold in hue, the nose shows citrus blossom, pear, and chamomile tea. The palate is creamy yet taut, with notes of white peach, almond, and a soft honeyed finish.
