On Old Mission Peninsula, Pinot Noir finds a quiet synergy through Lake Michigan's moderating effect and well-drained glacial soils. This vintage was aged for 15 months in French oak barrels, enhancing texture and integration while allowing the fruit to remain front and center. The wine opens with raspberry, black cherry, dried rose petal, and cranberry leaf, with hints of bittersweet chocolate, baking spice, and cedar. On the palate, it is supple, medium-bodied, and finely textured, with tart cherry, forest floor, and cola over bright acidity and persistent tannins.
