ENSEMBLE RED

This is a stylistic dry red wine created from four separate small production wine lots including 47.5% Cabernet Dorsa, 25.5% Blaufrankisch, 15.0% Dornfelder, 12.0% Cabernet Franc. It’s amazingly deep with juicy fruit-forward cherry and berry flavors laced with intriguing cracked black-pepper spice and minerality. With a medium mouth-feel and light oak complexity, it pairs exceptionally well with steak, ragù, mushrooms, stews, or bold cheeses
