Gamay Noir Limited highlights one of Old Mission Peninsula's signature red grapes with a more structured, age-worthy approach. Fermented traditionally and aged in oak, it shows garnet color and aromas of tart cherry, red plum, violet, and cracked white pepper. The palate is medium-bodied and silky with vivid cranberry, dried herbs, cocoa powder, cedar, and a mineral-driven finish.
