Hand-harvested from late-ripening Chardonnay blocks, this wine brings together late harvest richness with cool-climate structure. Amber gold in hue with aromas of pineapple upside-down cake, baked apple, and toasted almond. The palate is plush and silky, with mango, peach preserves, creamy vanilla custard, butterscotch, and citrus peel over a softly sweet finish.
