Plum Reserve is a collector's edition fortified plum wine born from fruit pressed in 2006 and transformed over 17 years in oak barrels. Deep amber to burnished mahogany, it offers toasted hazelnut, dried fig, marzipan, toffee, cedar, and saline nuance on the nose. The palate is velvety and concentrated, with caramel, dried plum, honey, warm baking spices, walnut skin bitterness, and espresso warmth on the finish.
